Privacy PolicyA digital database will be kept in the church office of all the information supplied and a paper copy will be kept
in a locked cabinet in the church office. You have the right to request access to your data or change it (including the consents detailed below) at any time upon provision of proof of identity. If changes are made, previous entries will be destroyed. Changes/rectification will be made within one month of receiving your request. Information, invitations and updates pertaining to the whole and/or sections of the church will, from time to time, be sent out using Mailchimp. If you unsubscribe from Mailchimp you will not be removed from the whole database. You can unsubscribe from the Mailchimp database at any time using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the emails. Your information will be accessed and used by data processors (e.g. the Children’s Worker) within the organisation who require your information for teams/ministries in which you serve for the purposes of communication. Unless you request that we erase or change your information, we will keep it on file for 50 years but will ask you to verify them annually. You may request at any time that your data is erased completely. In this instance your information will be deleted from our computer system and back-up and the paper copy will be destroyed. |
